We were born from the Malagasy tech community, and we owe it to them. Our ambition: to let Madagascar’s tech talent gain international experience without leaving their country, while fully valuing their skills. Founded in 2020, our team of more than 45 people, with an average age of 26, helps companies succeed in their digital projects while sustainably supporting the Malagasy tech ecosystem: communities, startups, schools, and universities.

CSR & local impact
Collaboration with and funding of Bright It All: an association dedicated to renovating public primary schools in Antananarivo. This commitment aims to improve learning conditions and contribute positively to local community development.
Partnership with the municipality of Andasibe, for the digitalization of the municipality and the promotion of digital careers in the municipality’s high schools, as well as for promoting local tourism through the INDRI NIGHT event in December.
Training, work-study programs & talent development
Partnership with EMIT: funding of 50% of tuition fees for work-study students, contribution to improving curricula, and financial support for shared costs with EMIT.

RELIA was born from Madagascar’s tech community, and we remain committed to it. Since our founding, we have sponsored 15 community-organized events, hired more than 12 people through it, and offered more than 30 internship opportunities to students and young developers. Algo Games, our coding competition open to Madagascar’s rising tech talent, is just one example among many. For its second edition, we met the winners to capture their impressions on camera.
